Nothing about that post sounds like something a human would say, and this is coming from someone with way more experience in customer service than I really want to own up to as it was never my planned career path. It just Just sayin' I interviewed for a job with Microsoft's product testing division and these people really do talk this way Also, it should be noted that this is the only interview I've ever had where the interviewer fell asleep in the interview.
Sure, I might have been boring enough to warrant falling asleep but I think it says a lot about the interviewer being a professional to not fall asleep when interviewing someone they feel is boring. Doesn't get much spotlight in mainstream culture these days but it was an extremely common name for the drug and I wouldn't be surprised if common slang names for drugs are part of an auto filter.
