This has been extremely frustrating and discouraging to the point that they are ready to give up. Why is it so hard to receive proper help?

My credit card expired and their website errors when trying to subscribe with a new one. Completely remove any old cards, and try to add a new primary card fresh. Live chat can appear to be closed at times of heavy contacts, but they do have live support.

It provides the option for Live Chat or a callback option during the hours those options are available and if it is an issue that is for those channels. The additional game time from the Epic Edition you purchased will kick in when the current game time runs out. You might get it but it also depends on what you need help with.
