Ichigo throw him in the ground and went to him to kill him but Uryu stops him and says to him that this is over and that he won this battle but Ichigo still tried to kill him and Uryu said to him to stop and that the fight is over and Ichigo stabbed him and tried to kill him with a cero.
In this point Ulquiorra comes and slices with his Lanzal del Relampago Ichigos horn and Ichigo's mask was destroyed and fall asleep.
